GroundedDirectory is a Sagentica product. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
1. What we collect
1.1 You give us
- Listing info (product or practice name, website, license #, contact).
- Account info if you create one.
- Payment info for paid placements (Stripe handles it).
1.2 Collected automatically
- Browser, hashed/truncated IP, country, page URL, referrer.
- Cookies and similar tech.
2. Sensitive info
Do not submit medical information through this site. We are not a healthcare provider. Practitioners listed here are responsible for their own patient-record handling.
3. How we use it
- Provide the directory; verify practitioner license claims against state regulators.
- Product conductivity testing for verified product listings.
- Fraud detection.
- Process payments.
4. Sharing
We don't sell personal information. Service providers (Stripe, hosting) under DPAs. Authorities where required.
5. Retention
- Listing data: while active + 7 years.
- Logs: 24 months then aggregated.
- Payment records: 7 years.
6. Your rights

7. Children
Not directed at children under 16.
8. Security
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed identifiers, role-based access.
