These Terms govern your use of GroundedDirectory, a Sagentica product.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and authorized to represent any business you submit.
2. Listings + claims
- You warrant the accuracy of license numbers, product conductivity claims, and certification claims.
- You will not make health claims that exceed what peer-reviewed research supports.
- You grant us a license to host and display your listing content.
- We may remove listings that make unsupported medical claims or fail product testing.
3. Paid placements
Verified ($12/mo) and Sponsored ($48/mo) billed via Stripe. Non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Disclaimers
SERVICES PROVIDED AS IS. Nothing here is medical advice. Statements about earthing/grounding have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
5. Limitation of liability
LIABILITY LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
6. Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims arising from your listing or unsupported product claims.
7. Termination
30 days' notice for convenience. Immediate for breach.
8. Governing law
Florida law. Exclusive venue in Miami-Dade County.
